We may remove any content or suspend any account that violates these rules, at our discretion, without notice.
3. News & verification
Articles are pulled from third-party sources. A "Verified" badge is an algorithmic signal, not a legal statement of truth. Ojukaye isn't liable for errors in third-party reporting.
4. Ads & paid content
Sponsored posts and ads are labeled as such. We don't endorse advertised products.
5. Service changes
We may change, pause, or shut down the service at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for major changes.
6. Liability
Ojukaye is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site. This doesn't limit any right you have under Nigerian consumer law.
