Ojukaye is Nigeria's modern news and discussion platform. We bring together curated reporting from trusted sources, community conversations, and AI-verified credibility signals — all in one place.
What we do
Every day we pull articles from leading Nigerian and international outlets, run them through our verification engine, and publish them in a clean, fast feed. You can filter by category, by source, or by media type. You can like, comment, save, and share — or submit your own news for AI review.
Why it matters
Misinformation spreads fast. We built Ojukaye so readers can spot the difference between a verified report and a rumor at a glance. Every article gets a credibility score. No "Verified" badge means we couldn't confirm it — read it with that in mind.
Who's behind it
Ojukaye is built and maintained by a small team in Nigeria. We're independent, ad-supported, and reader-first. If you spot a bug, want to suggest a feature, or want to partner with us, reach out via the contact page.
Our principles
- Verification over virality. A post that scores low doesn't get a badge.
- Reader respect. No auto-play video. No clickbait headlines. No popups.
- Local first. Nigerian reporting, Nigerian readers, Nigerian context.
- Transparency. If we get something wrong, we'll say so and fix it.
